Refund policy
This return and exchange policy ONLY applies to the Ecoegg Laundry Egg & Dryer Eggs.
For other product range, purchase is final. There will be no refunds or exchange unless product is faulty. In some cases, you need to return your faulty product before we are able to send you a refund/exchange. Email us at hello@ecoshop.kiwi for the return address.
Ecoegg Laundry Egg & Dryer Eggs Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Cost
Please note that the buyer will have to cover the cost of the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery fee will also be taken from items which are sent with free delivery, when processing refunds for the returned items.
Purchases / Backorder Purchases
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. This is true especially when you place an order on backorder because we have already ordered your product from the supplier.
What to Do
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ecoshop.kiwi. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your product (with proof of purchase and a photo/video of the faulty product). We will not refund or accept any returns or exchange after that timeframe.
Refunds or Exchange will not be provided:
- If the return is more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods.
- If you do not provide receipt as proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty, skincare or feminine hygiene products). We also do not accept returns unless product is faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately as part of our closing down sale, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or gift cards (unless product is faulty).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that the buyer will have to cover the cost of the return postage.
Exchange will not be provided:
- If the return is more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you do not provide receipt as proof of purchase.
- If we find that the product(s) is opened and being used. Your product(s) will be returned to you.
- If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Governing Law
If a dispute arises out of the purchase of the Ecoegg products (Eco Shop Ltd), this dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
