Shipping policy
New Zealand Delivery
Your products are usually shipped from the next working day after we receive order and payment of the products.
If you have paid via Internet Banking, it may take about 24 hours or less for your payment to be processed. We will ship your products as soon as we receive payment. We appreciate your patience.
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming your delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address. A courier is used for all town and city and rural deliveries.
Shipping rates may increase without notice (this usually happens when our courier company increases their shipping rates).
New Zealand Delivery
- New Zealand Nationwide (flat rate) $8.00
- Rural Deliveries: Additional $5.00 on top of base rates
- Free Shipping on orders $150 and above within New Zealand*
- *Additional $5.00 surcharge for rural addresses
- Delivery target: 1 – 3 working days* after your order is dispatched.
Please allow an extra 2 to 3 days for rural deliveries.
*“Working days” do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
